How do you ship, and what is the price?
At Viibe Shoes we offer free shipping standard shipping on all orders over $50. If you need your items faster, we charge based on weight and location.
Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
If your item is on back-order or you have a large quantity of items, this may require a shipment with separate packages. We will notify you once each package ships.
Where do you ship?
At Viibe Shoes we currently ship to the US, Canada, and Mexico. However, due to security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to a military area.
How do you ship?
All orders are shipped via UPS. After we are done processing your order, we will send it to UPS and it will be completely handled by them.
How can I track my order?
Along with your Viibe Shoes order we will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.
When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID.
Why can't I track my order on your website?
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated. It may also take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. If you can not find information about your package, please track again later.
Why is my shipment status unchanged?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, and all major credit and debit cards. We also offer Shop Pay which allows you to split your purchase into 4 equal installment payments.
Which currency are you using on the website?
Our products are listed in US Dollar.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually only takes 5-7 business days.
